From J Rizal C. Pangilinan, Regional Director. The APR Ticket to Life Project (TTL) is an ongoing flagship project of the Asia-Pacific Region in seven (7) countries within the region.
AIM
This project will enable thousands of children and young people in Especially Difficult Circumstances (CEDC) from 7 developing countries, aged 11-12 and 15-16 years, to meet their needs, develop a plan for their lives and start a meaningful life through Scouting that will prepared them as responsible adults.
